Macayla is the founder and driving force behind Wild Agency. Macayla studied marketing and strategic communications at the University of Minnesota. When she graduated, she started a small business, Willis media Lab, offering design and marketing work. There she discovered her passion for helping small businesses grow. Currently, Macayla serves as the Marketing Coordinator at Great River Learning, where she manages comprehensive marketing campaigns and produces the podcast "Can I Get a Retake?". Macayla has a passion for graphic design and giving back to the community. She serves on the board for the Dubuque Chorale.

Fun facts about Macayla:

• She can explain cellular biology and the psychology of writing an email with equal enthusiasm.
• She once taught biology to teenagers through a computer screen (and somehow made it engaging).
